The following case studies explain the design process for four very unique projects. 50 West Broadway is a mixed use development in an urban setting that offers both affordable and market rate housing just steps away from public transportation, the Financial District and the South End. Avalon Danvers consists of both new construction as well as renovations to an historical building that was originally used as a state mental hospital. The Southfield Welcome Center serves as the primary marketing center to showcase the largest "Smart Growth" style community in New England. Lastly, the new Medical Arts building in central Maine is a celebration of quintessential Maine and the surrounding environment.
